Where Do You Deliver?+

We currently deliver to Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad only. We will soon extend our services to other Indian cities. To find out for sure if we deliver to your area, simply enter your pin code at the top of the product page before placing an order.

How Do I Contact The Carrier Who Will Deliver To Me?+

Can I Change My Delivery Date?+

Currently we do not offer flexible delivery date option. Having said you can always reach out to +91-8068367400

When Will My Order Be Delivered?+

You will be notified when the Order is shipped by the Seller. Delivery will usually be completed within 2-3 days of Order shipment.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?+

We provide secure prepaid option using Credit and Debit Cards, UPI and Wallets.

What Do You Do With My Information?+

Your information is secure with us. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on the same.

How does product replacement work?+

You can raise a replacement request through the replacement request form. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy and check your product specific policy from the Product page before raising a request.

Once you raise a request our Customer support team will reach out to you for next steps.

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?+

Your replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

Which products are not eligible for return or replacement?+

Indoor Plants fall under the non-return/replacement category of products. Kindly always check a product's Returns Policy on the product page.

How can I avail Installation services for the products purchased?+

You may reach out to the Brand Customer Care for installation. To know more about specific product level installation, please check the details given on the Product pages. Alternatively you can also get in touch with your Design Cafe appointed Designer for help.

How can I claim warranty for my product?+

You can claim the warranty for your product by using the invoice at any authorized service center of the brand.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?+

An Email will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).

Where can I see all my order details?+

Once you login in you can check your order details in 'My Orders' under 'Register' section 

How can I Cancel an Order that I have placed?+

If you have placed the Order with the help of one of our Designers, you can reach out to our Designer for support. Else please contact us at +91-8068367400 or

I missed the delivery of my order. What should I do?+

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. 

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?+

Sellers usually ship orders within 1-2 business days. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?+

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery time-frame will be shared with you. You can also reach out to our Customer support team for help

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?+

As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Does my Order contain any Shipping charge?+

All orders above INR 500 are eligible for Free delivery. We charge a nominal fee of INR 70 for orders below INR 500.

Can I pay by Cash on Delivery of my Order item?+

Yes. Cash on delivery is eligible for all orders upto an order value of INR 5000. You can use our secure digital mode of payment for orders with a value greater that INR 5000.
